Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a disease that has become a pandemic in the world in recent months. As COVID-19 cases increase every day, health workers’ exposure to the SARS-CoV-2 virus which causes this disease is also increasing. This then causes an increase in the risk of health workers contracting this disease. Exposure of health workers working at Persahabatan Hospital to:
COVID-19 as one of the COVID-19 referral hospitals is quite high. It was found that 35 health workers had contracted COVID-19 out of a total of 1,435 health workers working at Persahabatan Hospital. Various efforts have been made to overcome COVID-19, starting from developing medicines as curative measures to developing vaccines and supplements for preventive measures. One of the supplements developed to prevent COVID-19 is Rhea® Health Tone which was developed by Rhea Pharmaceutical Armenia. However, the efficacy of Rhea® Health Tone still needs to be studied further.

This research is a prospective, randomized, double blind, controlled study, involving three hundred (300) health worker subjects at Persahabatan Hospital according to
with inclusion and exclusion criteria. 300 subjects will be randomly divided into treatment groups, one group will be given Rhea® Health Tone, while the other group will be given a placebo.
The subject and the doctor performing the examination will not know whether they received Rhea® Health Tone or placebo. Subjects will be evaluated every day via telephone and examinations will be carried out on the 28th and 56th numbers in the form of laboratory examinations and PCR swabs. Evaluation of the symptoms experienced by the subject will be recorded in each subject’s CRF (Case Report form).
